A quote from Paul Rezendes says, “Compassion . . . is an understanding of the unity of all things. It is an awareness that I is not separate from thou, that whatever is happening to the planet, or to another person, is happening to me.
Compassion is a big part of what makes us human. You can express your compassion through kind words, thoughtful advice (when requested), meeting material needs, and by listening actively (not just tossing in an “uh-huh” while your mind wanders).

Okay, as I am trying to cultivate some compassion so here I needed some guidance. I was searching on the net and found something on Zenhabits. Did anyone else try it?
Compassion doesn't demand tmuch time or money. It is all about being wise and helpful. I have always tried to help those in need - not for any other reason, but I makes me happy from inside.I enjoyed being a part of the social groups....
