Okay, so I have added a personal touch to my morning meditation. Morning routine needs to be inspiring and full of energy. So after the meditation, I utter a prayer in the morning thanking god for giving me another day with my loved ones.
Nice and pleasant weather.. Sweet breeze... The sun is cool .. It was a perfect day for meditation especially in open air.. Today I made sure to not to open my eyes until I hear the alarm.. And, bang on. I did it.
Spent a thoughful hour meditating in the morning. Then, followed by workout and healthy meal. I find myself happier!
Missed my second meditation yesterday.. I got so associated that I feel my day is incomplete if I fail to meditate twice. My mind gets jammed I feel helpless..
This weekend, I was in a me.. Couldn't focus even a minute. Impatient, restless. I had a hard time to medidate. I at last took a long walk... Then watched movie.. then slept like a baby. It is only today morning after two days I meditated.. I could..

We breath around 20,000 times every day. Definitely if we do it in wrong it going affect us only. Breathing correctly is an art.. Pranayama. It calms down the mind and keeps the body healthy.

The week has been a busy one.. still carried one with meditation though once a day.. today I got back to my schedule
Feeling exhausted.. Did a quick meditation on my bed.
Definitely this is a slow precision where I have grown inch by inch. And still growing. But any single day, when I fail to meditate I feel tired and anxious for the whole day. It seems to me like some multi-vitamin pill.

I practise a few of them. Chair position is the one I do during my mini-meditation.
"Om".. It is the most sacred chant according to Hindu Mythology.. I chant it so many times a day... those minutes I seem to connect with the eternal world, my soul. Truly beyond words.
Apart from chanting the mantra that I received from my "Guruji" in the classes, I discovered an urge to study Indian Vedas and what it states. So many mantras, "Om", "Hare Krishna", "Hiring" "Shring" ... all the mantras are different for different individual. Wow!!
My daily regimen includes Meditation... Never been so stress free
My sleeping disorder is getting resolved..
Surely.. After a hard day it relaxes my mind too. It gives me the energy without which it would have been hard to be in the rat race..
