Keep in mind that just because something is natural does not mean it doesn’t have side effects, although there are little chances of developing a dependency. Also, you should pay close attention to dosages and interactions with other supplements you might be taking. Even so, these natural wonders can go a long way toward soothing the savage beast of stress and worry that might be lurking in your life!

I am very stressed today.. got a migraine attack as well. I took pills as well but nothing is working. So trying out lavender. Heard it relaxes and I am going to try everything I can now. I can't ear this pain. Feels ahhhh.. someone hammering my brains out.

I am having green tea for last one year... It's nice. Apart, I also used essential oil of Lavender while in bath or before going to sleep. I love them!
