At the end of your day, before you crawl into bed, either using your hands or a feather, begin at the top of your head, and pull the unwanted energies down and off of your body and your energy field. Imagine, sense, and perceive a hole in the floor, and put those energies down the hole into the earth. If something in your life feels particularly heavy, slowly drag your hands and gather this heavy energy. Clean the energy on and around you.
