Give yourself a massage with a tennis ball.
If there are any areas of tension in your body, you can take a tennis ball, put it against the floor or wall, and rub your area of tension against the ball. This is known as “trigger point therapy,” and can be surprisingly effective. For example, you might put a tennis ball on the floor and rub your back around the ball to get a knot out. You can do this for any area of your body where you have a knot.
Use some essential oils.
Essential oils are herbal extracts that are used throughout the world as natural medicine.
Orgasm.
Orgasms help you boost infection fighting cells by up to 20%, increase oxytocin (a chemical that’s linked to bonding and overall success), boost your endorphins, spike DHEA levels in your body (which improve brain function, balance the immune system, and help with healthy skin), can cure migraines, relieve stress, increase your pain threshold, and one study shows that people who have more orgasms can even live longer. If you’re a woman, orgasms have been shown to increase your fertility rates and help with your estrogen levels.
