Timing:1 times per Day
If it’s light out when you wake up, go spend a few minutes in the sun. This boosts your seratonin, helps you get outside in nature, and gives you much-needed Vitamin D.
Please refer to the book for more details on this activity.
The sun isn't just responsible for getting a tan but there are so many heath benefits and vitamin D is the most important of all. I had reduced my outdoor activities in the last few months and now facing the consequences. I hhave do it religiously now.
Somebody told me to actually go out in sun for 15 to 30 minutes every day. It took me 1 month to get my level up again! Now, I am wondering why did I got for the shots even.
I am getting shots of Vit D3 now - I better get started with my morning jog again.
I have done few blood tests. Found I have Vitamin D deficiency. So going out on a run in the park in the mornings.
A quick run in the morning hours. Nothing compares it. Refreshed and feeling more energetic.
