Description:

Look to channel your inner kindness to help someone else because, as you now know, that kindness will boomerang right back to you.

  1.  Every day, look for someone to smile at.
  2.  Plan the unexpected for someone you know.
  3. Make kindness a priority. Whether you are rich or poor, old or young, we all have the opportunity to be kind. Do something unexpected today.
  4. The next time you are at the grocery store, let the person with only a handful of items go ahead of you. It’s easy to do and you’ll feel good about it.

Help wanted

Being an introvert person, I seldom hold back my smiles but that doesn't mean I am unkind. I just don't want people to think I am nosy or weird. everyone is busy. Well, I still do try but not religiously.

Each day got something noce for us. We just need to find it out and show some gratitude towards it. I am happy today I just realized when we help someone not thing about ourselves, there is some peace. When I bring smimle to someone's face; that is what happiness is.
