Smiling is extremely beneficial for both our Health whether it is of body or mind. So keep smiling. I am trying it.
I remembered I first tried it in ma college. It was something I never thought actually works - but it does wonderfully. Now I do it every morning. It started with 5 minutes, now for 30.
Much relaxed and focused. Meditation also change the way I look at things.

This picture motivates me inspires me for those 10 minutes. I find some strange peaceful silence - beyond words.
I visualize myself doing what I love to nd it make the medittion more easier and longer. This time, I get motivated from within. I feel energized and happy.
I have tried mantra meditation earlier but this is something new and I loved it. I didn't know but I actually meditated for around 15 minutes without losing my focus.
I can do it only for 10 minutes. I set a timer before I do so - otherwise I would simply give up in a couple of minutes. Such a restless person I am.
