Do a brain dump.

In Jose Taylor's plan
Goal: Boost Your Productivity and Goal-Setting in 5 Minutes

Timing:When you Day

Description:

If you’re feeling overwhelmed or anxious about everything that’s on your plate, take a few minutes to write out everything that’s swimming in your head. You’ll likely be amazed to see that when things are on paper, they’re never as bad as they are in your head. Having a list of things on paper also feels a lot more manageable, because then you can start to create a plan to tackle each thing one by one.

Please refer to the book for more details on this activity.

 Activity: Do a brain dump.

Though it is a morning ritual but I do it in the night so I can have a good night sleep. Basically I maintain a diary where I write down all my Negative-positive events of the day and try to work out the issues faced.

It helps me a lot to start the next day with some positive energy.

 Activity: Do a brain dump.

The way we dump the broken, wasted, unwanted stuffs in the garaged we need to do the same with out thoughts and emotions. Dump the fear, stress, and anxiety. Simplicity is the best rule.
