When it comes to working out and losing weight, it is important to have sufficient amount of high fiber foods which are low on carbohydrate. I cannot stay without water. After running and working out I really need to hydrate myself. water and juice are my BUDDIES
Skimmed milk, cornflakes with honey and nuts....... that's my lazily morning breakfast. Gave a healthy kickstart to my morning after swimming.
